Official Giveaway Rules – Auction Spear LLC

1. Sponsor Information This giveaway is sponsored by Auction Spear LLC.

2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States*, aged 18 or older. Employees of Auction Spear LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry Period Begins on April 20th 2025 and ends on May 31st, 2025.

4. How to Enter No purchase necessary. Enter by submitting an entry form online at www.auctionspearinc.net. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize Details One (1) waiver of the initial on board fee of $498 to each individual winner. A total of three winners will be chosen. Approximate retail value: $498. An annual fee of $174 will be due the following January and each consecutive year thereafter.

6. Winner Selection and Notification Winner will be selected on June 5th, 2025, by a review process and vote of a three judge panel based on the answers given in the entry form, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone/text within one day.

7. Prize Conditions No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor's sole discretion. If Contestants are registered as a bidder on the AuctionSpear.com website, the bidder account must be in good standing with no outstanding unpaid invoices.

8. Publicity By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions Auction Spear LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Auction Spear LLC in its sole discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Auction Spear LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied for this drawing.

11. Compliance with Texas Law This giveaway is conducted in accordance with the Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapters 621 and 622.

12. Winner List To obtain the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Auction Spear LLC 7301 State Highway 161, 148, Irving, TX 75039-2803, within 30 days after the giveaway ends.
